1. Manage a team of 5-10 Area Heads in the assigned zone
2.Supervision through nurturing and constant engagement with entire zonal team to ensure contribution from each and every team member.
3.Nodal officer for managing customer complaints
4.Formulate strategies for business development as per the local lndustry best practices and execution of the same
5. Senior representation in the assigned zone to Build and Manage Builder relationships/Housing Boards/Relevant local govt. bodies
6.Weekly /Periodic milestone calls with the team for monitoring and reviewing the business movement to achieve the MOP (Monthly operating Plan)
7.Ensure communication and transmission of PMAY(CLSS) to the masses through regular local campaigns
8. Maintain a Healthy sourcing mix at a minimal sourcing cost
9.Own the P&L for the zone by generating desired topline at a prescribed Fee income/Yield and Product Mix
10. Establish Home Loans from Bank as a strong and amongst preferred brands across the zone
11. Collate and share the information with management (regulatorty/legal/local bye laws/competitors etc.)which could aid in mitigating the risk/or formulate future strategies at corporate level
12. Ensure collaboration across functions
