Achieve allocated business Revenue targets.
Achieve the targeted numbers of daily meetings with dealers as per target.
Map market and geographies for identifying prospective Distributors/Dealers.
Plan and do joint-calls with SO to deliver company introduction and product presentations to dealers/distributors in the allocated territory.
Should be able to negotiate price, discounts, payment terms and order volumes with Dealers alone and also along with SOs.
Check all order forms duly signed off by the dealer and communicate discrepancies to sales team
Continuously monitor the performance of Sales Officers and Dealers and support them for liquidation of stocks.
Responsible of collection of receivables within the stipulated credit period.
Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines.
Ensure high level of Dealer service & Manage difficult situations.
Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
Resolving queries and complaints of the Dealers as and when required.
Competition tracking and analyze and devise local strategies to beat it.
Supports Team Sales Officers and performs duties when Sales Officer is absent or out of office.
Provides encouragement to team members, identifying training needs of his/her subordinates.
Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
Effectively Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members.
Conduct period sales reviews, team meetings and update the management periodically.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
Good understanding of Hardware Markets is desired. However, candidates having experience in dealer handling in associated retail markets such as paints, electrical hardware, tools, and FMCG goods can be sourced.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
