Hiring for the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for various banks where they are responsible for selling the mortgage products to the clients or the customers.
Job Responsibilities
The role will involve developing various channels to increase sales of Mortgage Loan Products Primarily Home Loan. Selected candidate will be required to sign-up channels/associates and service them to generate revenue. Key responsibilities would be:
Identify and prospect channels to increase sales of Mortgage Products with a focus on Home Loans
Build relationships/alliances with mid to large property consultants and small to mid-size builders to generate Mortgage Leads
Create and maintain a database of builders and brokers in the assigned geography
Keep a track of various residential projects being launched and explore incremental business opportunities
Client Interaction to understand their mortgage requirements clearly and explain our proposition to them
Understand various technicalities and suggest the most appropriate mortgage to clients
Daily reporting on update/ progress.
Deliver on monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
