Roles & Responsibilities for Marketing and communication Manager:
The position reports to the Head of Products and serves as a member of the Marketing Team.
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organizations marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
You have a defined role, but the working environment is ultra-dynamic similar to start ups. You will need to be someone that thrives in a very fluid environment, eager to roll up your sleeves to DIY and regularly work outside of your comfort zone.
You will be working across multiple teams including Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, implementation and execution of all the digital and offline customer acquisition, retention and brand building initiatives.
Formulate compelling ways to connect with your identified customers globally and figure out how your brand can address their pain points. You will be measured on building brand loyalty and product advocacy among our customers, and to use that to help bring new customers into the funnel and have them adopt your brand for the long term.
Develop the brand positioning, brand identity, overall marketing strategy and brand strategy for the company for web, mobile and offline channels. Manage and lead the Marketing effort, PR, Platform Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Brand Management.
Develop strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including tactics such as SEM/SEO, Email, Social, affiliate, alliances and more to build traffic and conversions.
Plan and execute your brand’s hosted events, road shows, seminars and workshops
Partner with sales to translate the strategic marketing plan into actionable quarterly targets and initiatives to achieve financial objectives. Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations specific to Telecom/Enterprise Solutions space and use this information to help the Organization operate with initiative and innovation.
