To work as a part of a 180 degree recruitment desk for our client's Locum nursing division.
Successfully integrated onto London's Pvt care clients.
The recruitment consultant needs to help build and maintain the division.
With vacancies already pouring in, the successful applicants will work on building the candidate database initially, managing client accounts and identifying areas to grow new business.
Duties and responsibilities
Activate Nurses & HCA’s from the data provided
Resourcing- via the database, networking and referrals, headhunting and social media
Promote and forward CV's and documents
Arrange interviews- briefing candidates and providing all necessary information
Negotiation of rates and terms of business
Adding contact details to client database provided
Emailing information and following up prospects
Weekly input and output reporting to UK
Qualifications
Education-Any Graduation
MBA with sales/Marketing would be an added advantage

Experience
Minimum 12 months of UK Nursing Recruitment experience mandatory
Experience of working on Eclipse/IQX Software an added advantage
Work timings
40 hours/5 days a week
Cover Weekends (Compensated for weekdays)
Rotational Shifts
Above timings are subject to change as per business exigencies
