We are hiring for an International IT & Technical Recruiter to provide an efficient, professional and friendly sales service to candidates and clients relating to the interviewing and placement of permanent IT candidates across International Jurisdictions
Job Description
Interviewing and placing of permanent and contract IT & Technical candidates
Dealing with all IT/Tech related clients and candidates regarding all permanent assignments
Using the client’s global spread sheet
Working as a team environment to meet set team sales targets
Searching for right skill sets on job portals and social media
Interviewing of temporary staff as and when required (i.e. during annual leave or staff shortages).
Typing and amendment of CV’s as and when required (i.e. during annual leave or staff shortages).
Contacting clients and placed IT candidates after one month to ensure that they are satisfied with their new position
Updating candidate’s details on the Client database to ensure we have the most up to date and accurate information for CV purposes etc.
Updating new and old IT related vacancies on the Client database regularly to ensure that we have the most up to date information on current positions available with the client including deleting any that are no longer available
To cold call IT related clients in both the commercial and finance sectors to proactively make new sales calls and use appropriate sales techniques to market the services of the Client Group to existing and new clients.
Client entertaining involving visiting client offices and attending corporate luncheons as necessary
Taking references and/or doing credit checks on candidates if required
Drafting adverts to upload on websites and local job boards
To take an active role with your own personal training development including undertaking any training courses as and when required upon authorisation by your manager
Any ad-hoc duties as and when required by the senior management
Qualifications
Education – Any Graduation
MBA with Finance would be an added advantage

Minimum 12 months in IT/Technical Recruitment
Experience of sourcing CVs form job boards
Experience of exploiting Social Media for Networking and Sourcing
Competencies Preferred
Specialized knowledge – In-depth understanding of IT/Technical roles
Recruitment – Experience of recruiting for countries like United Kingdom, Cyprus, Mauritius, Dubai, Switzerland
Language – Fluent verbal communications in French Language
Work timings
40 hours/week
Mon – Fri
Weekends off
9:00 am to 5:00 pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean time
Above timings are subject to change as per business exigencies
