Qualification:B.Tech./M.Tech./BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT field
Proven work. Experience in IT Industry as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience in full recruitment cycle
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Client relationship
Actively upgrading knowledgebase of trends and share with the team
Should be a good team player and cooperative
Professional approach to the assigned tasks with strict timeline adherence
Ability to produce content on the fly.
