Job Description
Design and implement an overall recruitment strategy Contact Relevant HRs for appropriate Job openings for your candidates. Being a personal recruiter you should be in proper communication with your candidates, understand their requirement and take potential leads from them to target jobs for them. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Monitor and apply the best Talent recruitment practices Provide analytical and well-documented Talent recruitment reports to the human resource manager. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
Requirements
An ideal Personal Recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for diversified industry. Being Personal Recruiter you should also be able to understand the candidate's endeavors and help them find better prospectus.?You would be interacting with HRs of various companies on day-to-day basis.
