Roles & Responsibilities for HR Manager:
4-8 years of experience in HR generalist profile with 4+ years.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Should be able to handle all employees related compliances i.e. ESI, PF, etc
Grievance Handling.
Ability to handle large volume of work in a fast paced growth set up.
Stakeholder management - art of getting work done from multiple support functions.
Advanced knowledge of MS- Excel.
Maintain HR MIS at all times, handle employees queries and requests on employment/ other letter.
Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Provide consultative support and subject matter expertise on HR processes, policies, medical insurance, allowances, income taxes and other data including the Compensation and Benefit
Extract and analyze HRIS data to ensure accuracy of information and reporting on regular basis on key HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels.
Good interpersonal skills and influencing skills.
