Financial Reporting and Business planning
II. Creation of Cost controlling objects
III. Looking after Operational expenditure/control and responsible for finance control to maximize profitability.
IV. Oversee the operations of the Finance and Accounts Department
V. Head Accounts, Monthly MIS, Budgeting, Finalization, Audits for Asset including Lease Agreements, Contracts, Service Tax, VAT, TDS etc. compliances
VI. Lead the annual budget process and monitor it through the monthly reporting
VII. Provide key financial and operating information as part of monthly Management summary / brief
VIII. Exercise credit control, internal audit, budgeting & forecasting and Business decision support
IX. Coordinate with Auditors-Internal & External, outside consultants & Govt. Authorities
