Roles & Responsibilities
:
Head the HR function for Rajasthan and be responsible for 1000+ Companystaff and 5000+ contractors at Company s Rajasthan sites
Work closely with site leadership and corporate HR to develop HR strategy and plans to support achievement of overall business objectives
Drive the people agenda across Rajasthan including core people processes around performance, talent, learning and engagement, also support any special corporate initiatives
Ensure staffing in adherence with the approved manpower plan and lead and participate in hiring drives
Partner with business in ensuring succession planning and capability development
Coach managers and leaders on people related issues with aim towards boosting overall productivity and engagement
Proactively manage and maintain harmonious industrial relations, advise and implement appropriate actions in case of any disputes
Ensure compliance to labour laws and guidelines and maintain cordial relationship with Labour Authorities
Continues benchmarking & improvement of our HR practices with globally best in class operators
Education : Ideally a full time MBA(HRM/ IR) or MHRM or MSW
