Job Specification
� Per month Contactable customers should in the range of 130 to 140
� Appointment rate min to be achieved is 68%
� Assessment: 150 (100-1st& 2nd month /3rd Month :130 /4th Month onwards:150)
� Timely reporting is essential which is maintaining & sharing of data &prescribed reports
� Prescription (Need to follow up with the clients with right information)
Job Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelors, Languages to be known: English, Hindi
Work Experience of min. 1 year in the same field of customer handling
Requirements
� Persuasive Speaking Skills, Tone/Pitch should be polite.
� Patience & Effective Listening Ability
� Phone Skills / Etiquettes, Attentiveness
� Be Empathetic. Willingness to understand and resolving or addressing customers queries (problem solving skills),
� Sales Oriented with a focus on Customer Service
� Should not sound overly aggressive while speaking.
