Coordinator, Inspirational Leadership: The Coordinator, Inspirational Leadership takes a lead role in supporting the Inspirational Leadership program: managing data and analytics for assessment tools, executing knowledge management priorities, and supporting aspects of program management (e.g., maintaining resource portal).

1.Skill set required
BS, BA or equivalent undergraduate degree required with strong academic credentials
3+ years of experience in a professional services firm environment with exposure to one or more of the following functional disciplines:
Command of role-specific applications, including content management systems (for mobile app development and application management), online analytics systems (e.g., MixPanel, Google Analytics) and survey systems (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
Expertise in Excel and familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau; comfort with designing and executing complex analytics including but not limited to linking multiple data sources, scoping out complex methodologies, and working with appropriate support to program and troubleshoot VisualBasic macros
Experience and proficiency creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations
Passion for leadership topics and personal self-development
Attentive to detail and very organized
Results-focused
Ability to self-motivate and work semi-autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English language skills required
Superior customer service attitude and ability to contribute on a team
Willingness to voice opinion and share perspectives in a highly entrepreneurial environment
Advance to Senior Coordinator with IL Program as scale/scope increases
Move to other positions related to Training or Knowledge Management
Leverage analytical and leadership expertise
