Responsible for understanding product requirement specifications.
Support in Upfront design to ensure that the product meets manufacturability, Serviceability, performance, reliability, cost, feature set ETC.
Work with the team of design engineers for designing of analog and digital circuits which meets functional, reliability, manufacturability, testing and ergonomic requirements.
Expected to maintain and improve systems and development processes.
Requirements
Hardware design and development experience in component selection, footprint and EMI/EMC?
Hands-on experience of PCB design in Altium tool such as layout designing and component placement. Exposure to protocols like RS232, 485, 12C, SPI.
Exposure to 8, 16 and 32 bit microcontrollers.
Exposure to Safety and EMI/EMC standards, testing and trouble shooting.

Exposure to simulation and design tools like Pspice, Mathcad.
Prior experience of designing products for mass manufacturing and high reliability.
Exposure to RF design will be preferable.
