The Business Intelligence Analyst will be part of Analytics team in the quality department. S(he) will develop statistical models to analyze the data, predict the behaviours, conduct hypothesis testing through various statistical software and advanced techniques. S(he) will be the individual contributor to receive requirements from client which can be internal or external and carry out the assigned tasks.
Understand analysis framework, define data requirements, run analysis, and report/discuss results.
Perform data mining analysis that help detect consumer behavioural patterns and report the same through data visualization tools and techniques.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Conduct sentiment and predictive analytics on huge amount of data collected through various sources.
Experience in various statistical and machine learning models, data mining, unstructured data analytics in corporate or academic research environments. Carry out Sampling, hypothesis testing, cluster Analysis, execute and interpret results from parametric and nonparametric tests, various regression techniques and Multivariate Statistics.
Involve and assist in creating softwares and tools based on Artifical Intelligence. Handle big data through mongodb, hadoop, Apache Spark and Apache hive. Carry out customer segmentation and recommendation engine.
