Job Description
Build out the business development function from the ground up Developing customized targeted sales strategies Identification of new business opportunities and generating target based revenues from new customer acquisitions Building business relationships with current and potential clients Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts Develop marketing content like business proposals, presentations, and other documents as required by potential clients Coordination with lead generation partners and agencies Researching potential leads from business directories, Guru, PPH, Outsourcely, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events, and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Channel Marketing Presenting company services to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) Responding to questions and follow-up questions from potential clients Creating and maintaining a list/ database of prospect clients Maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans Experience in dealing with government tenders Meeting or exceeding sales goals Desired Skills/Knowledge Very strong communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong presentation skills Understanding of general IT outsourcing business Understanding of website and web application outsourcing business Well rounded awareness of web and app development (you don't need to be a coder) Ability to liaise with project managers and technical team leaders Experienced in having executed B2B sales Experienced in working with different bidding sites - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc Experienced in lead generation activities Experienced in handling international clients Experienced in documenting SOW, proposals, case studies, presentations, and simplifying requirements Brownie Points Closed sales of web and app-based deals worth USD 20,000 and more Good team player Delivery Oriented Innovative and able to think in a creative fashion Adaptable to challenges Problem solver Perks of working with Innoraft Productive and efficient work culture combined with fun Collaborating with a young and vibrant workforce Learning the state-of-the-art trends and adopting them Adopting the best practices and processes for all the work that we do Freedom to innovate Work with some of the best clients in the industry
